Use Cramp Bark for Menstrual pain relief:
Take 2 teaspoons of skullcap, blue cohosh and cramp bark. To this mix, add a teaspoon of cinnamon. Put this mix in four cups of lukewarm wine. Set this liquid aside for several days. Then, strain all the liquid from it and have one tablespoon of this juice several times a day. This can be taken by those who are suffering from cramps. The cramp bark is a shrub. These shrubs are available at almost all health food stores.
Raspberry juice:
Raspberry juice is an excellent remedy for cramps and pains. Drinking liberal amount of raspberry juice at regular intervals in a day helps to relieve the cramps. I am planning to plant many red raspberry vines in my garden among the herb beds. In addition to that, I have an idea of distributing many red raspberry plants to young women who will need the raspberry juice. In addition, I love to have the berries.
